The year 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. China News Network visited the Museum of the War of Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, uncovering stories of the resistance against Japanese aggression—from a steel helmet pierced by a bullet to an old photo known as "A tree of the Eighth Route Army. "That remarkable period also offered the world a window into the Communist Party of China and the resistance against Japanese aggression, as captured by the pens and lenses of foreign journalists.
